Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and shipping. We will send you an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped.
We want your to be 100% happy with your purchase. You may make a return up to 30 days from the receipt of your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return an item, please email email@example.com and we will walk you through the process. Do not send the item back without first contacting us. This will greatly delay the return process.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you regarding a refund or exchange. Once your refund is processed, a credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow a couple of days for our processing in addition to the allotted time for your financial institution to process the request.
Please note: All shipping cost are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping.
Hours of Operation
We receive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but please be aware that we only process orders Monday through Friday. All orders or email inquiries placed outside of this time will be processed or fulfilled the next business day.
